I've spent last few days going through all the mortal command helpfiles,
converting them to a more uniform Better System(tm) (or so I hope), and in
many cases I've also updated or improved the content of those helps as well. A
total of 140+ files were updated, though 40 more are still "to be done" as
time and nerves permit.

As a result of this massive overhaul, such important commands as 'use',
'cast', 'drink' etc. now finally have a stylish help instead of the
few-lines-here-type blurbs.

Not all helps have been updated, though. Also, some of the updated versions
will only become effect at next boot.

Complaints and typo reports to Ggr, thanks to Heidel and Durand for
assistance.
