Update on the staff issue based on the questions i have got:
1) do the special features of eq used for staves also get transmitted?
-No, only the standard stats will.
2) Does the staff reset at rebirth?
-No, this is an piece of equipment.
You should anyways treat this item as a piece of eq, with time a piece of
very powerful eq.
3) Does the skill % affect much?
- not really, it is the way for you to get the staff, that is where it all
begins anyways.
4) Can i have multiple staffs?
- sure, why not. though staffs are all unique and dont share anything in
common even with a same owner
