The tarmalen leadership system was found to be incompatable with the new
reincarnation system. I have updated it.

At this time, anyone who reincs into the guild will not be able to gain
tarmalen leadership until they complete their reincarnation. Anyone who is
already in the guild has been "grandfathered" and will be treated like
everyone else, although you might not be able to check your leadership status
until you complete your reinc.
