i suggest that psis would get spells that remove 'forget' and 'suppress', both
of those, at least to me, sound like something that affect the mind and psis
would be the right place to have a counterspell.
cure player already removes forget and it can stay that way for all i care,
doesn't hurt anyone to have another spell to remove that.
