* You fail to paralyze Yaboz, as your mind is too weak.
* Yaboz resists your efforts to paralyze him.
* Yaboz's toughts are too wild to be halted!

Also, could it be made changed that monsters with resistance against psi
attacks could be paralyzed. Simply check vs the resitance % that the npc has to
see if the paralyzation succeeds.
That way monsters that have their psi resistances redcued to zero, could be
paralyzed. Now any degree of psi restance is enough to prevent this and it
sucks.
If its too suffeli, maybe add a check that you can't paralyze in any event a
npc with more resitance vs psi than your ToMP+KoMD/2 or jotain.

And would it be just too much asked to see something like 'You sense that it
has been long enough to NPC's thoughts to resume their normal order' after the
120secs.
