Could the spell instead do a room echo for others e.g.:
<NPC> strugles to keep <his/her/its> focus under the mental
presure from <caster>.

It would be really nice for the gamers, altough the coders might whine about
such a minor upgrade as they can't show of their superior trigger making skills
on this spell anymore.
