Well, whoever might have been upset about the ability to sell ship specials to
other people, I hope they are now more upset than before: Because now noboby
will get those specials. Since the people who opted to sell them obviously had
no personal use for them before, now they will still have no ability to use
them and no recourse but to let them fade back into the code or whatnot every
day.
