All sob uhuu buhuu about barsoomians. My turn! Why do we still have several
races with 90-110% exprates that clearly have way too good spratios, wis,int
maxes. If you choose the path of getting only exprate you should pay for it in
all others values. And concerning kobolds especially. I think they should have
max spmax cap, or loose tons of spmax.
