Anyone know why reave armour actually hits weapons too? Is this a bug? Also,
while I'm at it, can we make this skill targettable to the actual armour we
want to destroy on the mob? i.e. use reave armour at <armour> on <monster>?

Reave armour hits weapons, shields and armor.
True reaving hits everything.
Simply put, reavers are in the business of wholesale destruction, not partial
destruction.
