Monsters drop chests and safes that (very) randomly have skill books or stat
restore potions. These books can only be read by their maker(s). The potions
are not chestable. Neither of these monster "drops" are common at all.

Occasionally wizards hand out reinc pendants to online players for special
occasions. These pendants are free to be sold to anyone and command a high
price. They could be considered equally rare, or rarer than the
aforementioned books and potions.

Why do we have this descrepancy?
