Imagine a mystic, magical world. Its divided into continents, travel from one
to another by mundane or magical means takes a long while, but hark, there is
a brilliant city, hovering in the void between the spaces, which is somehow,
by some mystical portals accessible from every single continent. The layman
could assume that there would be shops of all kinds, as it is a great nexus of
the known world, but no. There is a place where fucking alcoholics can buy
their empty flasks, and thats pretty much it. What kind of crappy
unenterprising world is this when after all these years no1 has started some
basic shops there, which deal in weapons and armour and general things. Now,
before you claim that "the ancient inactive golems forbid it" or "the magic in
the city destroys all shops selling things used in war" or "the wind affects
people in such a way that they don't want to do business", just stop. If you
have some strange gamebalance reason, beyond mortal means to comprehend, its
silly, but its fine, but don't try to come up with some pseudomagic silly
reason for it.

( in short, should have shops in esiris!)
