Howdy ho,

I'm sitting here like always on a thursday morning, waiting for boot to show up
and announce the new druidleaders, while thinking of how the druid rep/lead
system works..

I must've asked at least twenty people about factors and what effects the
choosing of the four different leads - and nearly gotten the same amount of
different answers.

Now some might argue that this is a neat system and that everything ought not
to be known to mortals - I am not one of those.

I would like to see a few changes to the current system and how the leads
worked where...

a) you could see your progress towards gaining leads in some fashion, be it a
plaque or the use of some skill to get a hint or whatever

b) staying in the guild over a longer period of time has at least a small
effect on your chances to gain leads (not like mages, but say you save 10% of
the rep from last weeks efforts into this week)

c) leads being a bit evened out, as of today winter leads without a doubt gives
the two most useable rewards (double flex AND eblood no matter season)

d) something new and exciting!
