Can we get the following on/off setting for balking mounts...
'use riding at follow_party' => when mount balks, you follow party and leave
mount behind
'use riding at follow_mount' => when mount balks, you stay with mount and let
party go without you
Would make playing mounted guilds less painful.

at follow_party'(you follow party and leave mount behind), but this was
'fixed' because of complaints... Cant we get this 'fix' to be optional?
