You can now sew cotton balls picked from plants into cotton cloth. You need a
needle AND a loom. The skill will use all the cotton balls in your inventory,
so drop or store any you don't want used. Also, you need have the required
plant lore skill to ID cotton, and you need at least five cotton balls.
