Duration formula of major conju prots such as flame shield was re-done. There
is no randomness anymore and the duration is based on wisdom, mastery and
your reputation of that particular type (+leader bonus).
Effective immediately. Depending if the new formula is too harsh/suffeli, it
might be tuned more.
