Because Shar won't shut the hell up about it, cavaliers now have "decimate" to
complement assault, battery, and charge. It's just the axe version.
Cavaliers still DO NOT TRAIN AXES so you will need both "axes" and "cleave"
skills from another guild to train/use decimate. Cavaliers simply will let you
use those axes, learned from other guilds, on horseback.
