Would it be possible to add a new penalty (or synod motion) that would remove
all +stat etc guild bonuses from the player in question?

This would be good to encourage novice nuns in the faith to attend prayers
more frequently. Quite frankly, most of the available motions do nothing to
nuns of lower levels in the guild (not to mention the motion still usually
needs to be approved by all synod members).

As it stands, the only motions that seem to have any effect on nuns with less
than full guild levels (who frequently miss prayers for example) are Rejection
of Sisterhood & Interdiction, which both seem slightly overkill.

This could provide a way to handle non-full nuns who clearly are just there
for the bonuses and have no interest in participating in guild activities.
