You hop up and down while flapping your arms and
chant 'xafe xyyqh xckgandhuzqarr'
You sense your surroundings distorting and then
snap.
You arrive 48 meters from the ground.
......Falling down to the ground you take some
damage.
That really HURT!
You are about to DIE!

Cats are famous for landing on their feet, maybe Catfolk could take less
falling damage? :P

I would love to see this and the more dex you have, the better chance
you have of making a superhero landing, which gives +cha for a time.
