Not seeing the point aura to drain approx 70-80sps in 10 second, seems that it
doesnt have much affect in battle. Maybe even the sp drain or the damage could
be bit tuned what makes that spell even a little bit usefull. At low spmaxes
that spell just doesnt work.

being 3sec (?) it's closer to 20-25sp/10 sec. I do not know if some
skills/other stuff affect this. Also I don't know how effective it is, if it
really damages your enemy it might be ok but if it just tickles even
20-25sp/10sec is quite expensive. Not really trying to point out if it's
useful or not, but either your numbers suck ass or your stats/skills/lack of
mastery make it more expensive.
