It would be really cool if those conduct NPCs would be in every capital city
on all the continents. Atm its almost impossible to get out from negative
conduct with just doing events and arelium conduct. Cloning them NPCs to every
continent would maybe make it doable. I miss my griffon so muchos, sniff!
