Now, I've noticed this to be quite burdensome also, that its hard to see what
your carrying. Maybe there could multiple levels of "keep." This would include
a "keep permanent all" which I would do after I eq myself and would keep
whatever other random cash stuff I pick up along the way with normal "keep
(blah)." when do keep clear (generally at shop for selling!) the "keep
permanent" list would still be kept, just the standard keep would be cleared
for use. Also another great function to answer Kheldor's issue would be "keep
premanent hide" which would hide all kept permanent items in your inventory.
This could be reset/turned off with "keep permanent hide" again. Now that
I've exp'ed and make cash etc etc its time to go to the bar and get drunk,
time to chest! "keep permanent clear" .... Maybe this would would ask for
confirm in 1 second with [Y/N] to avoid glaurung's trigger tests to donate
your eq to damogran... anyway, now you are ready to chest and go have a beer!
mmmm beer... elaborate on this idea or tell me that it sucks... sounds like a
cool thing to me though.
