Take a look into races' skill- and spellcosts, maybe maxes too. Maybe they
should be tinkered more to make clearer difference between tank, caster and
hybrid races.
Take a look into exprates. It'd be nicer if they were in scale 90-110 instead
of 74-117. Some races just don't seem crappy enough to justify their exprates.
