there is city benches which you can buy high price and put them into your room
if these benches pays like but even birds doesnt shit on them
what if sitting on them could raise your hpr rate like 2 or so it would be
even some use for them

They already have a use, that use being to proudly state that the purchaser
has so much cash that he can afford to buy a bench which doesn't provide an in
game bonus yet adds that little something to a room that makes it better than
the room of the guy who cannot afford the bench.
