Rationale:
Players are not awarded for sticking with the game year after year. (Maybe
it\'s a good thing

Idea:
Starting from 2007, when a player has 10 years since creation, he may
receive rebirth benefits without actually rebirthing. Same age and
exp restrictions (or maybe double) would still apply. Sounds like an
upgrade, so we need some balancing...

Add-ons:
- New ranks/adjectives. \"Oldtimer\", \"Geezer\",
\"Venerable\", whatever
- 10M/15M/20M cash for each title and rebirth benefits.
- If more accurate creation dates than \"before 1997\" can be
deduced then the
limits could be 15/20/25 years or such.
- Some new minuses like: min-age of middle age, permanent -dex, etc...
- A chance to join the Monolith race

Summary:
The basic idea is to award players for their long BatMUD careers, but without

making into an upgrade compared to people who actually rebirth. Also, what
must be thought of is rebirthed players who at some point of time would
become eligible for \"true eldership\".
