Please add some footer or header if mudmail from person having "inet_mail" off
is forwarded out.
It is extremely annoying to receive mudmails in your box and reply to them and
later find out the reply wasn't delivered, since it doesn't bounce if its not
accepted.

Barbwire:
Person A has inet_mail off.
Person B has forwared mudmail to x@y.z.
Person A mudmails Person B, mail gets forwarded to x@y.z.
Person B reads mail, and replies to it to persona@batmud.bat.org.
Person A never gets the reply, nor Person B never knows it didn't get there.

Its event worse if Person A also forwards mail, so you can't even check the
mudmails he has if your reply ever arrives.
