New command: This command would permit to give yourself a looking for party
flag with an argument. For example 'lfp on eq' would set you as looking for
eq party. This command would also work as a searching tool for those looking
for members to their party. For example 'lfp who min 50 guild crimson eq'
would list everyone with lfp flag with eq as argument that is over lvl50 and
in the crimson guild.
