1) The 50k training "tax" should not go towards your exp totals.
2) There could be an option to train in bigger chunks, perhaps 1-2m, to avoid
an exp tax. This would reward those who take the risk and step up to the
challenge of carrying large amounts of exp.
3) Chunk size could be dependant on skill %, similar to how level chunking
works.
4) Option could work with set function, set small_chunk or big_chunk, for
example.
