cutter command is great. many (most?) people don't use some ancient
80-char-wide terminal, but still it is implemented only on few occasions.
Hardcoded newlines at 80 characters make really unneccessary spam that could
fit into 1 line. Even many newly coded stuff doesn't obey cutter length. Why?
Some say 'this function x does it automatically to 80char' and others some 'i
don't want to manually cut the strings yadayada', why can't there be some
general-purpose echo function that would handle different cutter length
players on same room?
