Hi,

Fw has been tuned which is fair enough. But seriously, why can't I fw stuff
that I have fw'ed 1-2 days ago? Atm I have to try several times for the spell
to work and not get "You did not harness enough power to enhance the feather
weight." Or is it "fun" to have to wait until fws drop in order to fw your own
stuff again and get burdened to hell? *boggle*

Feather weight can be dispelled with Heavy weight. I tuned that sometime in
2004 or 2003.
