By reading scroll player gets "random" spell/skill
to random %, max amound gained by this way could be
75%. If has already spell/skill on higher %, then
there would be no effect. Effect of scroll will last
one boot and each player can read only one scroll/
boot.

With these kind of treasures newbies would get most
benefit, but even for highbies it might enlighten
