I like this exp bonus pool much more than power hour.
Still, there could be a command like 'bonus pool postpone <amount>'.
That would postpone exp bonus pool recharge with <amount> minutes.
Idea is, that if someone (like Bmoa) asks you to party for making something
stupid that gives no exp and your exp bonus pool is about to recharge,
you can postpone that recharge a bit.
