Wow, this idea is good, I really like it so hopefully it has a chance of
making it into the game.

Idea -> tell last (name).
This argument would allow to go thru your tell last buffer and show you tells
from that one person that is stored in your buffer.
example: tell last aloysha
(23:04) Aloysha tells you 'blah blah blah blah'
(23:04) You emote to Aloysha 'yackity yackity yackity yackity.'
(23:04) Aloysha tells you 'i want all your monies'
(23:05) You tell Aloysha 'I thought I paid you all them already'
(23:05) You tell Aloysha 'if not I can sell my soul
