I have no idea if this has been already suggested somewhere along the way, but
howabout making exprate dependant on the amount of players in the
race/background combination? It would make sense that, say, a leech ranger,
being probably somewhat unique, would benefit from choosing a 'style reinc',
and then again, the catfolk tiger there are zillions of would not. n

So, for example elves being very popular race with already very bad
exprate would get really big downtune? Of course this idea might work if
all races had same exprate (100%) at the beginning and then the exprate
is decreased based on how many (active) players there are per race.

However, how is exprate related to amount of players per race when thinking
about fantasy world? I think exprate might have more to do with intelligence,
but
that would be just plain silly tune to do.

Elfs of the magical or religious persuasion are common, true. Then again,
elves of the nomadic persuasion are not. Another example; how many leech
barbarians do you think there are? ;)
