During my newly promoted newbie-career I've noticed the most limiting part to
be my ep's. Not all guilds offer swim and hiking (Yeah, go reinc into one
fuckhead, stop whining) but if you want to play guild xxx you'll run out eps
before running to Diggas, well almost.

So, how 'bout introducing 'travellers/hikers/mountaineers/whatever' guild with
5-10 levels where you could train hiking to ~80, swim to x and so on.
