Perhaps when adding quicksilver to weapons using shift blade
the weapon speed can be incresed?

even better yet, give them a new skill which costs many sps
and longer rounds so they can charge alot of money for this
service. And make the effects only last 6hours or so
even with 35% weapon speed increase people would still buy
it.

This would also give alchemists a valued service, other then
potions seeing how dim/glow/aegis are rather unpopular.
