Stun should NOT increase weapon speed.
Currently there is no point in using small weapons in stunning off-parties
since large weapons, which hit ridiculously hard, get almost 1 hit per round
anyways.
Some tested numbers:
Before tune: 90 dmg/hit, 2 hits/rnd -> 180 dmg/rnd
After tune: 150 dmg/hit, 1.6hits/rnd-> 240 dmg/rnd
What's the point in that? Besides, how does the fact that I'm fighting a stone
statue make my 50kg lance suddenly faster?

By changing stun not to affect weapon speed, you would drop that 1.6hits/rnd
back to what is is supposed to be, something like 1.2hits/rnd, keeping the
dmg/rnd at 180.
