can who rebirth 1 only show those who have made it to elder status?
right now it shows everyone, including 2nd and 3rd birthers
same for rebirth 2, shows rebirth 3 in its output.

or allow who min rebirth # max rebirth # as an option, like who rebirth min 2
max 2 or so
