3.Time based skills (Yes I copied from spells and changed some of the wording)
a.Skills should have rounds removed and add "Skill time."
b.Meta and other sources of enhanced skill speed would subtract time from the
spell time. Haste and other spells should be included in this.
c.Penalties to skill time (such as ent winter, burden (skills should have
burden if we are being realistic), banes and other things) would add time to
skill.
d.That ability that allows you to view your rounds left in skills would be
changed to report the amount of time you have left in your skills.
e.I am sure I am forgetting stuff here.

4.Lastly, we could run a battle rounds **************************** thing
every second or so for people with party report, x all, and other triggers.
(Maybe a setting in set. Ex.: set round time 1 (sets your battle rounds to go
off every second) and you could set this from .5 - 3 with .5 intervals.

This is a HUGE change, but I think after implantation, fine-tuning, and
balancing, it would fix the awkward speed system we have now.

Mind you that weapon speed and the tunes listed above is an attempt to make
BatMUD (a FANTASY game with only text, words, numbers, and equations) more
"realistic." I hope the suggested tunes listed above are well received, as
they make sense to me. Of course balance and other such issues would need to
be addressed, but as we have seen over the last few weeks, tune first ->
balance later.
