Players get skills/spells from 3 different
lists. Three common, two uncommon and one
rare skill/spell. Maximum gained % is 20
and minimum is 10%
With this kind of system everyone gets
more probably something "usefull".
To prevent the way to get "only" good
skills/spells, skills/spells gained by
reinc remain same for one month. Unless
you change background as well(and
reincing back to previous bg would give
the earlier skills/spells).
If you think that this would make the players
too powerfull, just think about skillbooks.
It's fairly easy to get good bonuses in
some reincs, but I then again reinc will clear
those.
As reincs are salt of the game for the majority,
I still think that we should spice it a bit.
