Simply a 'noparty' argument/option for 'who' command, which would list players
who are not currently in a party. Normal limitations to "seeing" parties would
apply, so that those who hide their partying status would not be shown no
matter what.
This option would be very nice for getting a list of partyless people on
certain guild. Of course somewhat same behaviour could be simulated with a
clever 'grep', but that might take more CPU than a specific feature like this.
If it is possible to get this behaviour with some existing option to 'who',
it'd be nice if it was properly documented.

Another option could be that you can mark you self as available to party and
people could check who party available and pick players they like from list.
