Players need to be downtuned, heres couple things where to begin:
1) Ridiculous spmaxes, couple years ago no one had 1.7k and 100lvl mages were
happy with 1.2k. And oh, silly bonuses on 300/350/400. Cap our spmaxes like
you do with hpmaxes.
2) 1st row priests needs no more than 600sps, and backrow priests needs no 900
hps
