Current: You get 300-900 hp/sp/ep once in 8h except tickcap tune cuts it
sometimes to 450-600?
Proposal: There\'s different \"pools\" for hp sp and ep. If you
need for example 450hp 300sp and 100ep from full pools, there would be 450hp
600sp and 800ep to reuse. Because this would be a uptune i suggest that the
recharge period would be for example 12-16h. There could also be 2h waiting
period before you could use the pool again.
