Maybe it would be super cool if +CON eq was uptuned to NOT be affected by the
HP cap so that tanks would have a reason to wear +CON (a supposedly primary
stat for tanks) eq instead of PR/Dodge/Parry/Avoids/Etc... you get the idea.
Sucks that CON means nothing now.
