This set option would be really useful from people reincing and wanting
to make level quests before gaining 3M exp on without being able to
spend it. Also it would most likely prevent me hitting too high totals
and arches having to sell me something real useful (!!) like Vendar got.

Because, I still wanna play around, making rep, eq, quests, help my
friends, explore etc... without being forced to lose my totals by
overflow.
