I can see Shinarae's points but here is an another idea.
Give knights/civ fighters/other civilized (read welltrained) fighters some
packbonus for discipline when standing in front. I mean, there is nothing more
disciplined than welltrained army or a group (might require leader with high
leadership or then not, i don't know).
