Make us able to create a command that is run when our target dies. In parties,
only leader's command would be run unless he does some fancy command to give
others rights to perform instant actions on corpses.

Yea, pretty useless except for 'trigger racing' atm is a bore and the killing
blow giver should have the first rights to the corpse anyways...
... Killing blow giver's party leader that is.
