Enable a leading crimson to change party places in combat through the skill
leadership.

Protection by sacrifice is a tasteful and fitting skill, but it should also be
able to block physical damage from your weaker front-row partners in crime,
kind of like a weak life link. Hack the skill or add a new one, Eye of the
watcher or something smooth pimp sounding.
