Now that players gain 2m free exp each week it would be a
good time to make the exp-tuner take this into account.
To make a certain amount of exp nowadays requires going
through less areas than before. Right? At least
psychologically.
So, we kill less exp-monsters and their tunes are
almost without exception at "a lot". Players have no
motivation to expand their usual exp-run. Finding that
"a lot" monster should be rare and fun, not the other
way around like it is currently
The global tune should dictate the max value of the
monster and personal tune would be a certain percentage
of that value. The personal tuner should be _harsh_,
like "you killed me yesterday, you get 1/4th less."
Of course I have no idea how the tuner works internally,
but the sad fact is that it doesn't do anything anymore.
