I propose that there should be yet another channel, named as "Santa" or so.
During christmastime it's pain in the ass to look at the wanted channel and
see it getting flooded with questions about Santa location. Though this has
been a lame one for those questions but hey, when we would have that channel,
nobody shouldn't have to ask on wanted! Though you could also make it so that
pkilling when asking santa location on wanted channel would be a valid reason
