Once upon a time, half a (RL-)year ago (or more) I was _idle_. (I did not have
triggers. )I idled at fountain for maybe two hours. Hobbits being ravenous
beasts that we are, I almost starved to death there and then. Since that, I
have had many a satisfying meal, but I still feel .. tiny.. amidst even the
other hobbits.

The point? Please provide SOME way of restoring stat loss (ressrais fumbles,
starvation from idiotic mob specials/carelessness), as many of the guilds in
game actively punish reincarnation and therefore I\'ve had to deal with my
tiny size now two years running - my previous ent reinc was fucked by about
first time I encountered GK, the one before that by some ressrais fumbles, and
this one by some idling. I don\'t care if it costs money, tps, or exp, it\'d be
just nice NOT to be forced to reinc every year or two to unfuck stats.

Of course, \"it is there noob, just look for it\" would be enough
for me, but haven\'t had much luck recently so thought I\'d whine a bit.

-Daerid, famished leader of the hobbit race

(Yes, I\'ve heard rumors of being full restores siz, but no, I haven\'t been
able to substantiate them, despite trying for last two years.. )

Then again, many aspects in this game clearly encourages you not to reinc?
Confusing.

Possibly, but why are two out of three guilds I am currently in (sabres,
merchants) made so that reincing back in is like pulling your teeth off? I\'m
confused by the message here :-)

To be specific, I lose ton of gained skills in sabres, and merchant chest
skills start at 70 again..

What I mean is some elements of the game reward you to no reinc, usually by
offering more power to you. To balance this, there exists some other elements
of the game that become more problematic as time passes from the last reinc.
At some point, hopefully, the penalties will become more negative to the point
that you will reinc despite the loss.

Batmud should not punish a player for not reincing (or at least even push
him/her twords a reinc). If I dont want to change my race or guild, there
should be nothing forcing me to reinc. Reinc is its own reward, since you get
to play somehting new.
I realize leveling and age are reasons to reinc back to same guild, but those
at least have options to not reinc (youth and lvl blocks).
